Improve Quality
There are steps to improve quality over time, and we are seriously taking every option possible to make our work better. Steps we have noticed over time are related to materials and measurements, focus on installment process, meet regularly before and during installing to QC work, create a quality chart, share info progress with clients on a regular basis.
Quality improvement (QI) is a systematic, formal approach to the analysis of practice performance and efforts to improve performance.
A variety of approaches—or QI models—exist to help you collect and analyze data and test change. While it’s important to choose a reputable QI model to guide your efforts, it’s more important that you fully commit to using the QI process and good QI practices.
We are not going to detail this matter, but we like to share with you that we care to constantly improve our work ethics, understand construction limitations, and diligently adapt to any situation before committing to installing anything on your property.
